We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, mobile wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe), and cash. For online bookings, advance payment is required. Cash payment is accepted for on-spot bookings only.
For tour packages, we require 30% advance payment at the time of booking and the remaining 70% can be paid before the trip starts. For car rentals, full payment is required at the time of booking or at pickup if booked via phone.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup: 100% refund. 24-48 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: No refund. For tour packages: 7+ days before: 90% refund, 3-7 days: 50% refund, less than 3 days: No refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the cancellation date. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds are issued via bank transfer within the same timeframe.

The rental price includes vehicle cost, driver charges, fuel (as per package), toll taxes, parking fees, and driver allowance. For tour packages, it also includes accommodation, meals (as specified), and sightseeing as per itinerary. Extra km charges may apply.
All vehicles are sanitized before and after every trip. Drivers wear masks and maintain hygiene protocols. Hand sanitizers are provided in vehicles. We ensure regular temperature checks of drivers and maintain social distancing norms wherever possible.
