How do I book a car or tour package?

You can book through our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service at +91 98765 43210. Simply select your destination, dates, vehicle type, and complete the booking form. You'll receive instant confirmation via email and SMS.

How much advance notice is required for booking?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for car rentals and 3-7 days for tour packages. However, subject to availability, we also accept same-day bookings with an additional express booking fee.

Can I modify my booking after confirmation?

Yes, you can modify your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Changes in vehicle type, dates, or destination can be made through our customer support. Additional charges may apply depending on the modifications.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, mobile wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe), and cash. For online bookings, advance payment is required. Cash payment is accepted for on-spot bookings only.

Do I need to pay the full amount in advance?

For tour packages, we require 30% advance payment at the time of booking and the remaining 70% can be paid before the trip starts. For car rentals, full payment is required at the time of booking or at pickup if booked via phone.

Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and all transactions are processed through secure payment partners.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup: 100% refund. 24-48 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: No refund. For tour packages: 7+ days before: 90% refund, 3-7 days: 50% refund, less than 3 days: No refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the cancellation date. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds are issued via bank transfer within the same timeframe.

We offer a wide range of vehicles including Sedans (Swift Dzire, Honda City), SUVs (Innova, Ertiga, Fortuner), Luxury Cars (Mercedes, BMW), and Tempo Travellers (12-seater, 17-seater). All vehicles are well-maintained, insured, and less than 3 years old.

Yes, all our drivers are professionally trained with 5+ years of driving experience. They undergo background verification, police verification, and regular training programs. They are courteous, knowledgeable about routes, and speak Hindi and English.

Yes, professional tour guides are available for all tour packages at no extra cost. Our guides are experienced, government-certified, and knowledgeable about local history, culture, and attractions. They speak multiple languages including Hindi, English, and regional languages.

What is included in the rental price?

The rental price includes vehicle cost, driver charges, fuel (as per package), toll taxes, parking fees, and driver allowance. For tour packages, it also includes accommodation, meals (as specified), and sightseeing as per itinerary. Extra km charges may apply.

All vehicles are sanitized before and after every trip. Drivers wear masks and maintain hygiene protocols. Hand sanitizers are provided in vehicles. We ensure regular temperature checks of drivers and maintain social distancing norms wherever possible.
